 RV Camping (Horse Pasture) - $50.00 per day/$50.00 deposit 

Water & Electric Only No Dump Station

Paid Events – Arena - $100.00 per day/$100.00 deposit – Lights $10.00 per hour

 All event rentals at Utopia Park will arrange hours with Park Manager           

Tenant has until noon the following day to clean up rental areas.

  Bounce house/wet or dry fee : $10 per hour to cover electricity and/or water

Sell of Alcohol fee: $100 per day (non refundable) all TABC apply

Occupant fee: for profitable events, parties, weddings & reunions
